2nd, 3rd, 4th, 5th & 6th Class walked to Ross Abbey. They investigated the History of the Abbey. They tried different types Visual Arts such as drawing, rubbings etc. They also followed a maths trail on the grounds.

Power Hour got off to a great start this week! Senior Infants and First Class are very hard workers. Have a look at some of the work we did. We were SO EXCITED to have Kayleigh and Conor's dad Jeffrey visit us today, because he he brought us in something from his work... The Irish Press Cup!!!! We were all ecstatic when Galway won both the minor and senior All-Ireland hurling finals at the weekend, and it was such a treat to get to hold the cup!!!    Everyone at school was really excited to welcome our new Junior Infants on their first day of Primary School! They were all so friendly and fun - we can't wait to learn and play with them during the year! |
