 We are holding our open day on January 31st at 2:45 - 4:00pm. Footsteps Preschool/Afterschool/Breakfast Club will also be here to chat with you on the day about the services that they offer daily from 7:30 am - 5:30pm.

A big thank you to Tesco Headford and Monaghans Centra Headford for allowing us to sing some festive carols outside their stores earlier this week. We all enjoyed the delicious treats afterwards too! Thank you to everyone who very generously donated on the day and came to support us. Merry Christmas! Here are some of our very lucky raffle winners. Here are some of our pupils who were lucky enough to win tickets to Moyne Villa's Christmas disco. They did some excellent colouring and should be very proud of themselves. Thank you Moyne Villa! Well done to all involved in our annual Christmas Concert this year. It was a great success and all of the pupils should be very proud. Wishing you all a safe and fun Halloween break. Happy Halloween! Our local Tesco store in Headford have chosen our school to take part in their 'blue token' fundraiser. If you are shopping in Tesco in the coming days/weeks please remember to take a token at the till and put it in the box labelled 'Girls National School'. At the end of the 12 week period the tokens for each group will be weighed and according to the weight we will receive a percentage of the €2000 community fund. It won't cost you a penny but all money raised will make a huge difference to our school. We really appreciate your support. We are so proud and honored to celebrate graduation day with you!
