Today the Firetruck and Firefighters came to visit us at school. We had great fun learning about how to be safe around fire, looking at their equipment and sitting inside the Firetruck! Thank you for coming to visit us!

Thank you so much to all of the pupils and their families for participating in this years St. Patricks day parade. You all did a fantastic job and we are very proud of you all. You can view the parade on 'John Murphy's Avalon Video' channel by clicking on the link below. He has captured the parade and the community of Headford and pieced it together perfecty. Well done John! We celebrated world book day this year by bringing in our favourite books. We had great fun reading our books with our 'buddies' in the other classes. We think the pictures speak for themselves :) ....Happy Pancake Tuesday 2023!  Here are some of the lovely pieces of equipment we purchased with some of the money from our fundraising and donations this year. Thank you to everyone for your support. All of the children were delighted. Here is a collection of pictures taken during some of our recent gymnastic lessons with Gerry. Everyone had great fun learning new skills and using a variety of gymnastic equipment.  We are holding our open day on February 1st at 2:45 - 4:00pm. Footsteps Preschool/Afterschool/Breakfast Club will also be here to chat with you on the day about the services that they offer daily from 7:30 am - 5:30pm.
