This week we read the story Grandads Island. We really enjoyed it. We decided to design our own dream islands in groups and had great fun working on them with our friends. We presented them to the other classes and they had to decide which island they would like to live on. Welcome back to all of our pupils in Scoil Mhuire na Dea Chomhairle. A special welcome to our new Junior Infants. We are so excited to be back at school after our lovely Summer Holidays. Look how busy we have been already in the Junior Room! |
